Lime Pickle

One of our award winning pickles . We use fresh limes, then salt them for three days before cooking with dry roasted spices . This is a fairly hot bitter sweet pickle with a lovely fresh lime tang,  excellent with curries or even a strong cheese, one of our favourites.
