Welsh Plum & Brandy Jam

Every year we hope for a good harvest as this is a popular jam and we only have limited supply in our small orchard.

This has a texture that is almost jelly like, as its one of the few jams we strain to remove stones and skin .

Its flavour is enhanced with the addition of brandy, once again a very popular choice with our customers.
