Wild Welsh Whinberry jam

We only wish we had more time to harvest this wonderful berry . We manage to find  two or three days to gather,up on the local mountain gathering( need to be a mountain goat really) not many pounds, and then spend another day sorting the leaves and twigs out , . So our supply of this jam is very very limited but its just too  good not to make the effort . Some may know this fruit as bilberry. This jam has a delicious flavour, is about as much as we can say.
